Nisiki Innovation Lab
The Innovation Lab fosters innovation by building, scaling, and investing in new businesses.
The lab is two-tiered, functioning both as an incubator for external ideas and as a venture studio for internal ideas. We combine resources, expertise, and strategic guidance to execute ideas.
Objective
The two-fold objective of the Innovation Lab is to diversify Nisiki's offerings and to enhance our competitive edge.
Domain
We work on projects in the manufacturing sector, but also across new sectors where there is some synergy with Nisiki's current resources and capabilities.
Methodology
We take on 1-2 projects every quarter and have a set of sprints towards a business goal. After a cycle is completed, we review learnings and either dedicate another quarter to the project, pivot the project or close the project.
Collaboration
Nisiki may partner with other players in the industry, investors, founders and experts to create a collaborative environment to create new ventures.
